Three Things That Make Sponsoring New Distributors Into Network Marketing Easy?

Three things that will make sponsoring new distributors into your network marketing business easy are Exposure, Exposure, and Exposure.

It goes back to marketing.  How many Subway commercials are there on TV in a day?  How about before a new series for a show starts?  Remember the Oscar Meyer Bologna commercial?  O S C A R has a way with B O L O G N A

How many times did I hear that growing up?  Marketing does not rely on a single showing.

Now, I am not saying to bug the crap out of people.  Not in the least.  What I am saying is the more you are “out there”, the more people will become familiar with you.  The more they will have the chance to like you, given you are likeable.

What is “out there”?  It is on the social media sites, article sites and your blog.

Social media sites, like YouTube are a given.  It gets so much traffic it is staggering.  Getting noticed is a whole other ball game.  Having some good looks and charisma are going to carry some weight when someone watches your video.  Let’s face it, appearance is a factor.  We are kidding ourselves to say that it isn’t.  However, you don’t have to put your face on the screen do deliver videos.  Screen capture programs will allow you to create videos with your computer.

Article sites get quite a bit of respect when it comes to the search engines.  EzineArticles.com, ArticleBase.com and GoArticles.com are a couple examples.

A personal blog is where you get to show who you are.  In this forum, you obviously have total control over what is published versus the previously mentioned sites.  Here you get to really present yourself and your content in your own style and format.

Now that you have an idea where out there is, WHAT do you put out there?  You’ll need a message.  It has to be interesting content.  If you ask me whether some bimbo talking about getting her hair done while she is primping in front of the camera is content, I would have to say no.

Your message has to be helpful.  If it eases some pain for your viewer, that is even better.  For example, in the MLM business arena, leads are a pretty big topic.  Provide some cool instruction on how to attract leads and you may have found a pretty good niche.

Again, just creating one tidbit will hardly do it.  Your marketing efforts are going to need to be consistent to create any real results.  It will require some time or money on your part.  Time to create the content or cash to have someone else do it on your behalf.  Elance.com, guru.com and Craigslist are some places to find creators of content if you want to outsource it.

So, create some useful content for the people you want to attract.  Then put it where they can find it when they are looking for it.  Ask yourself, what you would look for if you were that person.  Then ask yourself where you would find it when you were to actually search for it.

Back to the original topic: Sponsoring.  New distributors need to go through a progression in order to make a decision to join you.  The more content that you have out there and the more of a presence you have, the better the opportunity people have to judge what you have.  Your content does the job of bringing prospects down the decision road.  So, when the time comes that you actually have a conversation, the process is all but complete as far as the sponsoring is concerned.  Building a business is then the next step.

Then, rinse and repeat.  Exposure, exposure and exposure is the name of the game in Marketing, Marketing, Marketing.

Overcoming Objections – One Sure Fire Strategy

One Time Tested Way To Overcome Resistance

in your network marketing business is to address them before they even come up.  There are really only a few that you are going to get anyway.  A well told story can eliminate most if not all of them ahead of time when it is included in your initial presentation.

‘I don’t have time’ is going to be your most common objection to starting.  We are a busy society.  Parents are especially busy running kids around.  When a story is told right, you won’t have to come up with a clever comeback.  The biggest key will be to relate to your prospect to have them come to the conclusion they have to make time to get things done.  Anyone convinced against their will, will still have the same convictions.  It has to be their idea that they have found a way to fit it in.

So, as an example, a true story about a single mother with a couple kids who just isn’t quite making it with a job who made a decision to squeeze in some effort to realize some time and money freedom will carry a lot of weight.  How much busier can someone get than a single parent?

A physician can certainly get his calendar booked up pretty tight.  Having him say he chiseled out ten to 15 minutes a day to put a networking business together in nine months that earned him a five figure check is a good testimony as well.

The thing that you are after with the story is for your prospect to say, “If they can do it, so can I.”

The objections will still come up, unless you have built a person’s vision of what they can accomplish with what you are showing them way beyond it.  Solidify a prospect’s dreams and they’ll go through walls.

This is where your relationship building skills come into play.  Really get to know what someone is after.  Get to know them at their core.  Does this take a while?  Certainly.  Is it manipulation?  That word has a selfish connotation to it.  You want to help someone get clear on their own desires and providing a way for them to get there.  Keep your intentions in check and all is good.

The old saying is ‘Help Enough People Get What They Want and You Will Get What You Want’.

A great response back to ‘I don’t have time/money’ is asking a question – ‘How does not having time/money make you feel’?

Emotion is a huge thing to tap into.  People will go to all sorts of measures to eliminate pain.  Ever put your back out?

Let’s face it.  This is a sales job.  It is a persuading profession.  The sooner you come to grips with that the faster you can reach your goals. The better you get at it the more success you have.

There are plenty of Marketing Resources available to hone these skills.  Presenting and persuading words and phrases to help you relate will get you unbelievable rewards.  It boils down to effective communication and getting good at story telling.

What Is Network Marketing – Really?

Independent representatives selling a unique product or service directly to consumers while developing a team that does the same.

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLADDITY BLAH

Let me tell you what it REALLY is:

It is The Dream of Independence.

It is the true essence of Free Enterprise.

Venturing out on your own and developing a business that sustains you and further along fulfills your financial goals.

It is a low financial risk.  The days of stocking your garage with ‘stuff’ are over.  If you are doing that, you know it’s going to get busted sooner or later.  Or if you didn’t know, you do now.

The most that people have to lose with MLM’s these days are a little bit of pride if the company they chose to partner up with goes bust.  It happens.  That does not mean that network marketing is a bust, scam or Ponzi scheme.

Actual companies aside.  This article is going to assume that if you are considering one, it is viable.  That is separate due diligence.

What network marketing is – it is saying that you are not going to settle.  It is not going to settle for the scraps of a paycheck from a J.O.B.  You make a good living?  Ok, stretching and facing new challenges is not for everyone.  Frankly, most people that are comfortable are not going to venture out.

MLM is definitely about learning New Skills.

Not just learning the skills but putting them into practice.  The skills don’t develop by reading about them or watching someone show them to you.  You don’t get good at golf by watching the pros.

Skills that a successful marketer will need are SELLING, PROSPECTING AND RECRUITING.

How is that for hard truth?  The good news is they are skills that can be learned.  It is not going door to door.  Hopefully, you can figure out there are way more intelligent ways of doing these things.

Learning to Sell, Prospect and Recruit are going to have one thing in common – that is MARKETING.

Marketing is half the name of the industry so that should have been one clue.

There are several good places to get excellent marketing advice that can be applied to multi-level marketing or mlm.

Overall it boils down to it is business. Network Marketing is big business.  It is an arena that lets people get in the game.  It is a business that will put up financial rewards.  It is also one that will reward you with recognition.

In the business world, promotions are earned.  Rarely are they celebrated.  When you achieve goals within this business model, peers and corporate officers alike will truly make it a celebration and offer extended congratulations.  There are no politics when these goals are reached.  They know they are a result of hard work and determination that are commendable.

This isn’t hype.  It is a part of the real culture of the industry.  Free Enterprise and Recognition are only two parts of it.  Of course there are the Monetary Rewards.  It is nowhere near easy.

Just be aware that there is more to the industry than meets the eye.
